Role OverviewWe are looking for an energetic and well-connected Business Development Manager with experience in modular kitchens, home interiors, furniture, architectural products, or related industries.

The primary responsibility of this role will be to generate business by building and maintaining relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, developers, contractors, and other relevant industry professionals.

This is a highly relationship-driven and target-oriented role. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with field sales, networking, client meetings, presentations, follow-ups, and converting leads into confirmed projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities for modular kitchens and interior solutions.
- Build strong relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, developers, contractors, and channel partners.
- Regularly meet architects and interior designers to introduce Tattva Homes' products, capabilities, and offerings.
- Generate project leads and enquiries through professional networks and referral partnerships.
- Develop and manage a strong pipeline of residential and commercial interior projects.
- Conduct product presentations and discussions with potential clients and industry partners.
- Coordinate with the design and operations teams to ensure smooth conversion and execution of projects.
- Follow up on leads, quotations, proposals, and ongoing discussions to maximise conversions.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close sales while maintaining healthy long-term relationships.
- Attend industry events, exhibitions, networking opportunities, and relevant business meetings.
- Track competitor activities, market trends, pricing, and new opportunities within the modular kitchen and interiors industry.
- Maintain regular sales reports, lead pipelines, partner databases, and revenue forecasts.




- Work towards monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Channel Sales, or Relationship Management.
- Experience in the modular kitchen, interiors, furniture, architecture, or home improvement industry will be highly preferred.
- Existing relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, developers, or contractors will be a significant advantage.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to independently generate leads and build a sales pipeline.
- Comfortable with frequent client meetings and field visits.
- Strong follow-up and closing skills.
- Target-oriented with a strong ownership mindset.
- Ability to understand design-related products and communicate their value effectively to clients and channel partners.
- Experience using CRM tools and maintaining sales pipelines is preferred.
