Role Summary
We are hiring MBA grads or experienced folks to drive admissions, lead local marketing initiatives, build partnerships, and manage a team to achieve business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Eventually manage and guide a team of 5-10 members to achieve admission and revenue targets.
- Drive student admissions through lead generation and conversion activities.
- Plan and execute Below-The-Line (BTL) and field marketing activities.
- Build partnerships with preschools, tutors, and local channels to generate admissions.
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for campaign execution.
- Organize admission drives, outreach activities, and events.
- Track performance, analyse campaign outcomes, and share reports.
Candidate Profile
- MBA in Marketing, Sales, or Business Management (Freshers preferred).
- Experienced profiessionals may also apply
