Business Development Manager – International Business

Location: Noida – Sector 142 | WFO

⚠️ Candidate Location: Currently based in Noida

Experience: 5–7 Years

CTC: ₹8–10 LPA

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Generate & close B2B business opportunities





Conduct discovery calls & understand client requirements

Engage with Founders, CXOs & Business Owners

Manage the complete sales cycle

Drive outbound sales & revenue targets

Maintain CRM, leads & sales pipeline

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s Degree | MBA Preferred

5–7 Years in B2B Sales / Business Development

- SaaS / IT Sales* experience preferred
- Outbound Sales experience* – Mandatory
- International / Consultative Sales* experience preferred

️ Excellent communication & negotiation skills Experience with HubSpot / Zoho / Salesforce or similar CRM
