Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Business Development – IT professional with 8–13 years of experience to drive business growth through recent client acquisition, relationship management, and sales of IT, software, digital, and technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in IT, healthcare, pharmaceutical, and life sciences sectors.
- Generate leads through market research, networking, LinkedIn, and industry events.
- Build strong relationships with CXOs, IT heads, and key decision-makers.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT and technology solutions.
- Handle presentations, proposals, negotiations, and complete sales cycle.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Collaborate with technical, product, and marketing teams for customized solutions.




- Maintain CRM records and sales pipeline.

• Identify upselling, cross-selling, and account growth opportunities.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
- 08–13 years of experience in IT Sales, Business Development, B2B Sales, or Enterprise Sales.
- Strong experience in IT services, software, SaaS, digital solutions, or technology consulting.
- Proven track record in client acquisition and achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
- Strong understanding of B2B/enterprise sales and IT solutions.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
