Role Description The Business Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur. This position is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities in the precision manufacturing and industrial components sector, as well as strengthening relationships with existing clients. Day-to-day activities include prospecting and qualifying leads, meeting with customers, understanding technical requirements, and preparing proposals and quotations in coordination with internal teams.

The role involves market research, competitor analysis, and participation in industry events to increase brand visibility and generate sales pipelines.

The Business Development

Manager will collaborate closely with production, quality,



and finance teams to ensure customer requirements are met, manage contract negotiations, and track performance against sales targets.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in business development, B2B sales, and client relationship management, with a focus on industrial or manufacturing sectors.
- Ability to conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and identify new opportunities for precision components and related products.
- Competence in preparing commercial proposals, negotiating terms, and managing the end-to-end sales cycle.
- Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English; proficiency in local languages is an advantage.
- Comfort working with technical specifications, basic understanding of manufacturing processes, and ability to coordinate with engineering and production teams.
- Strong organizational and planning abilities, including pipeline management, CRM usage, and reporting on sales performance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; prior experience in precision engineering, automotive, or industrial components sales is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to work in office in Jaipur, travel to client locations when required, and operate with a results-oriented, ethical approach.
