About the Role

United Hotel Supply is looking for a driven and results-oriented Business Development Manager to grow our U.S. B2B customer base. The role involves lead generation, outbound prospecting, follow-ups, sales pipeline management, and vendor coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and qualify B2B leads across the U.S.
- Prospect through calls, email, LinkedIn, and online research.
- Build and manage the sales pipeline.
- Follow up with prospects and move opportunities toward quotations and orders.
- Coordinate with vendors/suppliers on pricing, products, availability, and customer requirements.
- Maintain accurate CRM/lead records and follow-up activities.
- Work with management on key business development opportunities.

Requirements

- Prior experience working with U.S.-based B2B customers, brands,



or companies is required.
- Experience in B2B sales, business development, or lead generation.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong communication, follow-up, organization, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Willingness to work U.S. business hours (7:00 PM–4:00 AM IST).

Preferred: Experience in hospitality, hotel supplies, procurement, distribution, or related B2B industries.
