Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with lead generation and customer outreach
- Contact prospective customers through phone, WhatsApp and email
- Follow up on customer enquiries and quotations
- Maintain customer and lead information
- Assist the sales team with day-to-day activities
- Learn about industrial metal products and trading processes
