If you have excellent English communication skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced international environment, we'd love to hear from you. /n /n You will work with a UK-based Property Management client and coordinate with both the local team in India and team members based in the UK. In-depth training will be provided, making this a great chance for candidates with experience as well as dynamic freshers. /n Key Responsibilities : /n /n /n

- Work with a UK-based client in the Property Management sector.

/n

- Market properties on UK-based property portals.

/n

- Pursue email campaigns for available property stock with Councils and Charities in the UK.

/n

- Arrange property viewings for inquiries and referrals received from Councils and Property Portals.

/n

- Perform eligibility and affordability checks for clients.

/n

- Close clients by preparing agreements and coordinating signatures from both parties.

/n

- Effectively resolve discrepancies and client complaints.

/n

- Prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (Mandatory).

- Excellent articulation and telephone manner.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Monday to Friday: 12:30 PM – 10:30 PM

- Saturday: 12:30 PM – 7:00 PM

- Monday to Friday: 01:30 PM – 11:30 PM

- Saturday: 01:30 PM – 8:00 PM

/n /n /n Alternate Saturdays are Off. /n Experience : /n /n /n

- 1–2 years of experience in Business Development or an International Process is preferred.

- Freshers with excellent English communication skills and a dynamic personality are welcome to apply.
