We’re looking for a business development executive who can identify brands that are a strong fit for Grath, open conversations with the right decision-makers, and convert those conversations into business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- New business acquisition:
- Identify and research brands across skincare, beauty, wellness, lifestyle, fashion, food, D2C and other relevant categories.
- Build a strong pipeline of brands that actively invest in or have the potential to invest in influencer marketing.
- Find and connect with brand founders, marketing heads, brand managers and other key decision-makers.
- Reach out through calls, emails, LinkedIn, networking and other relevant channels.
- Pitch Grath’s creator network and influencer marketing solutions based on the brand’s needs.
- Convert cold leads into meaningful conversations, meetings and campaign opportunities.
- Lead & client conversion:
- Understand a brand’s marketing objectives, target audience and campaign requirements.
- Identify opportunities where Grath’s creators and influencer solutions can add value.
- Prepare and present relevant proposals in coordination with the internal team.
- Follow up consistently with prospects and move leads through the sales pipeline.




- Negotiate commercials and campaign requirements to help close deals.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, follow-ups and conversions.
- Business growth:
- Identify brands that are currently under-utilising influencer marketing and create opportunities for Grath.
- Track competitor activity, emerging brands, market trends and current categories to identify potential business.
- Explore opportunities to expand existing brand relationships and generate repeat business.
- Build long-term relationships with decision-makers rather than focusing only on one-off campaigns.
- Work closely with the campaign and talent management teams to ensure the opportunity handed over is clearly understood and actionable.
