Job Overview: /n EFIcyent is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented professional with experience in fintech, remittance, forex, or cross-border payments industry. The ideal candidate should have experience handling client relationships, onboarding partners, increasing transaction volumes, and expanding payment corridors. /n Key Responsibilities /n /n

- Identify and onboard new merchants, partners, aggregators, and corporate clients.

/n

- Manage and strengthen relationships with existing clients and partners.

/n

- Increase transaction volumes across international payment corridors.

/n

- Coordinate with compliance and operations teams for smooth onboarding and transaction processing.

/n

- Understand client requirements and provide suitable payout, collection, and FX solutions.

/n

- Conduct market research and identify new growth opportunities.

/n

- Prepare proposals, commercial discussions, and partnership presentations.

/n

- Maintain sales pipeline, client records, and reporting updates.

/n

- Represent EFIcyent during industry events, networking meets, and fintech conferences.

/n





- Work closely with internal teams to improve client experience and operational efficiency.

/n /n Requirements /n /n

- 2+ years of experience in fintech, forex, remittance, payment gateway, or international payments industry.

/n

- Good understanding of SWIFT transfers, payouts, collections, settlement cycles, and FX.

/n

- Strong communication and relationship management skills.

/n

- Experience handling B2B clients and strategic partnerships.

/n

- Familiarity with AML/KYC onboarding processes is preferred.

/n

- Ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced fintech environment.

/n

- Existing network within fintech or payments ecosystem is an added advantage.

/n

- Proficiency in Excel, CRM tools, and reporting.
