Hype Digitech is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive to help us acquire new clients across Wellness, Healthcare, Education and Real Estate The role involves identifying potential businesses, reaching out to decision-makers, understanding their marketing requirements, generating qualified meetings and supporting the sales process.
This is a target-driven B2B sales role.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential B2B clients.
- Build and maintain a prospect database.
- Prospect businesses across Wellness, Healthcare and Education.
- Conduct outbound calls to business owners and decision-makers.
- Reach prospects through WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn and other channels.
- Understand the prospect's current marketing activities and challenges.
- Qualify leads based on business requirements, budget and decision-making authority.
- Schedule qualified sales meetings.
- Follow up consistently with prospects.
- Maintain accurate CRM records.
- Prepare basic proposals and sales information when required.
- Coordinate with the founder/sales team for sales meetings.
- Track daily, weekly and monthly sales activities.
- Achieve agreed lead-generation and meeting targets.
- Build long-term relationships with prospects and clients.
Required Skills
Must Have
- 1–3 years of B2B sales/business development experience.
- Strong communication skills.
- Good spoken English.
- Comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers.
- Strong follow-up skills.
- Good negotiation and persuasion ability.
- Comfortable with outbound calling.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing.
- Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
- Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
- Willingness to learn.
Good to Have
- Experience selling digital marketing services.
- Experience selling websites or IT services.
- Experience with CRM tools.
- Experience with cold calling.
- Experience generating leads through LinkedIn/WhatsApp/email.
