Role Description This is a full time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Noida.

The Business Development

Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with institutional and corporate partners, and driving growth for EduInfinite Learning’s career guidance services. Day-to-day tasks include generating and qualifying leads, conducting outreach through calls, meetings, and presentations, managing key accounts,



and tracking business development activities in CRM or related tools. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of clients, gathering market feedback, and contributing to sales strategies and revenue targets.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in New Business Development and Business strategy.
- Candidates should possess skills in Lead Generation and prospecting.
- Candidates should possess skills in Account Management and relationship management.
- Candidates should possess solid Communication skills, including presentation and negotiation abilities.
- Relevant experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles, preferably in education or career services.
- Ability to work with targets, analyze data, and prepare reports on business performance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools will be beneficial.
