Role Description:

- Connect with parents via outbound/inbound calls, WhatsApp, emails, and video meetings to explain BrightChamps programs.




- Understand the child’s current learning level and recommend the right courses and learning paths.
- Convert qualified leads into enrolments by handling objections and clearly communicating value and outcomes.
- Maintain follow-up rigor using CRM tools and ensure timely updates on lead status and conversions.
- Achieve weekly and monthly revenue, conversion, and call productivity targets in a performance-driven environment.
- Collaborate with operations and academic teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for enrolled students.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in any discipline.
- Freshers with excellent communication may also be considered.
- Excellent spoken and written English, with the ability to communicate confidently with ROW parents.
- Comfortable working in a target-oriented sales role.
- Robust persuasion, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills with a customer-first mindset.
