Interested in owning critical workstreams for a quick-growing wall decor business?

We are looking for a Business Development Associate to independently drive sales and category growth for Wall Decor.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own the sales workstream for Wall Decor, driving lead conversion and revenue targets.
- Maintain end-to-end sales funnel and have the hunger to consistently achieve targets.
- Drive customer acquisition and retention through effective pitching and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with Product, Catalogue, Supply and Operations teams to resolve issues and improve customer experience.
- Maintain trackers and dashboards on Google Sheets to monitor sales performance and category health.

Requirements:

- Graduate with a strong sense of ownership and execution.
- Good communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable with client visits and hands-on field/sales work.
- Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets.
- Personal laptop is mandatory.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: ₹25000/month (CTC) (depending on interview performance).
