Role Description The Business Development Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in the Kolkata metropolitan area. This position is responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, executing lead generation activities, and supporting sales growth across retail and consultation services.

Daily tasks include conducting market research, reaching out to prospective customers, preparing and delivering presentations, and maintaining accurate records of leads and customer interactions. The role involves close collaboration with sales, marketing, and store teams to develop strategies that increase brand awareness and customer engagement.

and contribute to revenue and network expansion.

Qualifications

- Strong presentation skills, including creating and delivering effective presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability in lead generation and market research, with a focus on identifying opportunities and understanding customer needs.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-focused and professional approach.
- Background in sales, business development, or retail operations, preferably in lifestyle, jewelry, or related industries.
- Ability to work on-site in the Kolkata metropolitan area, manage time effectively, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Comfort with using basic office software and CRM tools to track leads and prepare reports.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.
- Interest in spirituality, gemstones, or astrological services, and willingness to learn product and domain knowledge.

LOCATION- Kolkata & Pune Pay: Up to ₹360,000.00 per year

CTC: Up to ₹7.2 LPA (Up to ₹3.6 LPA Fixed + Up to ₹3.6 LPA Variable)

Experience Required: 1–3 years in Telesales / Retail Sales

Working Days: 6 days a week (Sunday fixed off)
