We are immediately hiring for the position of Business Development and Sales Manager for our Manufacturing plant at Mysore with solid and strategic Marketing hands-on experience.

Purpose of the Job

At this position, your main objective will be to drive the assigned Business Division / Business Segment / Application Group(s) / Products to foster profitable business and customer satisfaction.

Jo Roles and Responsibilities

- Develop and ensure the success of Sales and Marketing strategies for Organization High Performance Materials products and services related to the assigned business
- Provides commercial management to customers relating to price, terms, evaluation, and delivery. Educate customers on Organization materials, capabilities, and technical expertise.
- Collaborate with engineers, production, and other technical personnel to come up with solutions to benefit the customer. Works with product management, inside sales, and outside sales representatives to overcome business objections of prospective customers. Keeps account roadmap activities and literature up to date. Oversees audit of customer consignment inventories where applicable.
- Maintain CRM (Customer Relationship Management) including customer visits, calls, and emails regularly. Provide monthly and quarterly reviews of sales, travel summaries and analysis of account growth, profitability, potential, and forecast.
- Responsible creating Marketing intelligence by providing data to analyse trends, market studies, competitor activities and business opportunities, implement segment strategy, manage contribution margins,



optimize market positioning, market presence and services; provide data for the annual planning procedure and set targets for the annual budget.
- Leverage Organization high-performance material science to differentiate products to the marketplace. Increase current customer base by initiating contact with prospective customers for adding new technical capabilities and diversifying our product offering along with promoting Company's Digital Tools.

Education and Other Qualifications:

- B.E./B. Tech is mandatory, preferably Mechanical / Metallurgical. Master's degree or equivalent degree in business management would be an added advantage.
- Min.5-6 years of experience in Industrial sales and business development in a B2B environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office: Excel, Word, Power point, Outlook, etc. SAP knowledge would be an added advantage.
- Having experience in handling Government Organizations and knowledge of tendering process would be an added advantage
- Being willing to travel on a regular basis (about 50% of your working time)
- Showing strong commercial skills and a great sense of business strategies
- Strong written & verbal communication skills, presentation skills as well as effective interaction at all levels and across diverse cultures.
