Brandberry Business Consultancy is looking for an experienced and dynamic Business Consultant to join our team.

This role is specifically focused on consulting, staff training, and business development support for the Jewellery Retail Sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct staff training and development sessions for retail businesses

Improve frontline staff communication, customer handling, sales approach, and overall service experience

Work closely with business owners and teams to identify performance gaps and recommend practical improvements

Travel across Maharashtra for client visits, training sessions, and business consultations

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in Retail Staff Training

Solid communication skills in Marathi

Good working proficiency in English





Confident in conducting staff training and interacting with business teams

Comfortable with frequent travel across Maharashtra

Experience working with premium/high-value retail businesses will be an added advantage

- Strong presentation, interpersonal, and people-management skills

Job Type: Full-Time

Work Mode: In-Office
