STEAMCUBE is building Future Pathways Lab (FPL) — an ecosystem designed to help schools understand, develop and guide the capabilities of today's students for tomorrow's world.

We are selectively looking for experienced professionals to become STEAMCUBE Business Associates (BAs) and develop trusted relationships with schools and educational institutions.

This is an opportunity for a professional who wants to build a meaningful, long-term institutional business around education, AI, data, capability development and future readiness.

What does a Business Associate do?

A STEAMCUBE Business Associate is an independent professional, not a salaried employee.

The BA develops relationships with schools and institutions, understands their requirements and introduces appropriate STEAMCUBE/FPL programmes.

The role includes

Identifying and qualifying prospective schools

Developing relationships with school leadership and institutional decision-makers

Understanding institutional needs before presenting solutions

Introducing FPL and relevant STEAMCUBE capabilities accurately

Facilitating discussions, demonstrations and appropriate next steps with the STEAMCUBE team

Developing sustainable institutional relationships

Representing STEAMCUBE professionally and ethically

STEAMCUBE provides the product ecosystem, approved programme information, presentation resources, product expertise and appropriate technical and implementation support.

However, the BA is not expected to provide independent legal advice or make unsupported claims about regulatory compliance. BAs must follow STEAMCUBE's approved processes and applicable requirements.

This is not a generic sales-agent programme.

The STEAMCUBE BA network is being built selectively around professionals who can become trusted representatives within the school ecosystem.

The appointment is non-exclusive.

A BA does not receive ownership of a city, geography, school, customer or market. High-performing professionals may have opportunities to develop their business across additional locations, subject to STEAMCUBE's requirements and applicable regulations.

Professionals who demonstrate sustained performance and leadership capability may subsequently be considered for additional network-development responsibilities.

Selection Process

STEAMCUBE follows a selective evaluation process.

The process may include

Application → Professional Review → Discussion → Due Diligence → Programme Evaluation → Selection → Agreement → Certification

Shortlisted professionals will be given additional information about the BA Programme, FPL and the applicable BA Policy so that they can make an informed decision before proceeding.

We would rather appoint fewer high-quality professionals than build a large network that compromises performance, trust or reputation.
