Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements by evaluating existing processes and identifying areas for improvement.
- Manage the regional product backlog and support Agile/Scrum activities.
- Conduct business process reviews and solution evaluations.
- Stay updated on product features and functionalities to support implementations.
- Organize internal and customer meetings and prepare meeting minutes.
- Assist project leads in creating user stories, reviewing test cases, and evaluating solutions.
- Prepare business requirement documents, solution designs, release notes, and user stories.
- Collaborate with Product, DevOps, Customer Success, and engineering teams to ensure timely deployments.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and coordinate with business users.
- Track project progress, prepare implementation reports,



and assist with project planning and resource allocation.
- Conduct knowledge transfer sessions with Technical Support and Customer Success teams after deployment.
- Contribute to innovation initiatives and product roadmap planning.
