- Excellent communication skills

- Pro at writing EPICS, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, Running elaborate Requirement workshops, Backlog grooming
- Understand end to end delivery lifecycle and role of a BA at each lifecycle stage, command on risk & issues analysis
