Project Role: Business Analyst

Work Experience: 4 to 12 Years

Must Have Skills: German Language (Speaking)

Job Responsibilities:

- Conduct product demonstrations and workflow walkthroughs with client stakeholders.
- Engage directly with customers to gather and analyse requirements.
- Perform gap analysis between client processes and product capabilities.
- Create BRDs and functional requirements documentation.
- Collaborate with Solution Architects, Developers, PMs, Product and Cloud teams.
- Participate in feasibility discussions, effort estimations, scope assessments, and prioritization exercises.
- Support clients during testing/UAT phases and facilitate issue resolution.
- Act as a consultant and trusted advisor throughout implementation engagements.

Technical/Required Skills:

- Fluent German language proficiency (Mandatory)
- Ability to conduct business conversations in German.
- Ability to gather requirements from German-speaking clients.




- Ability to translate and document requirements in English.
- Practical communication skills are more important than certifications.

Business Analysis Experience:

- Strong client-facing BA experience.
- Demonstrated experience in:
- Requirement gathering
- Product demonstrations
- BRD preparation
- Stakeholder management
- Gap analysis
- Working with cross-functional teams

Domain Requirements:

- Domain experience is flexible (positive to have)
- Preferred industries may include:
- Healthcare
- MedTech
- Medical Devices
- However, candidates from other domains (Banking, Financial Services, etc.) can also be considered if they possess strong BA and consulting capabilities.

Good to have Skills/Experience:

Healthcare/Pharma experience

Educational Qualification:

BTech/BCA/BSc/MTech/MCA/MSc/MBA
