We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst with 2+ years of experience in Supply Chain and Logistics domain. The ideal candidate will act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, and delivering solutions that improve supply chain efficiency, logistics operations, inventory management, and overall business performance.

Required Skills

- 2+ years of experience as a

Business Analyst in the Supply Chain & Logistics domain

.

- Strong knowledge of

Freight Forwarding, Transportation, Warehouse, Inventory, and Order Management

.

- Understanding of

Ocean, Air, Road, FTL/LTL, FCL/LCL, Shipment Planning, Tracking, and Delivery processes

.

- Good understanding of

EDI transactions (204, 210, 214, 856, 940, 945, 990)

and logistics system integrations.

- Knowledge of

REST APIs, JSON/XML, SFTP, AS2, and data mapping

.

- Solid experience in





Requirement Gathering, Analysis, BRD/FRD, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and Process Flows

.

- Experience with

As-Is/To-Be process modeling, gap analysis, process improvement, and requirement traceability

.

- Experience in

UAT planning, test scenarios/cases, defect management, and business sign-off

.

- Working knowledge of

SQL, MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint

.

- Ability to work effectively with business users, developers, QA, integration teams, and external stakeholders and translate business requirements into clear functional requirements.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills.

- Functional experience with CargoWise One;

certification is an added advantage.
