Role Description This is a full-time, in office Business Analyst role based in Ahmedabad.

The Business

Analyst will work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for digital products and solutions.

Responsibilities include mapping current and future business processes, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement, and translating business needs into clear functional specifications for technical teams. The role involves conducting market and competitor research, preparing reports and presentations,



and supporting project planning and prioritization.

The Business

Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams, participate in client meetings, and help ensure that delivered solutions meet agreed-upon business objectives and quality standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret quantitative and qualitative data for decision-making.
- Candidates should possess solid Business Analysis and Business Requirements skills to gather, document, and validate stakeholder needs.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Business Process understanding and optimization, including process mapping and improvement.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for engaging with clients, technical teams, and management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field; advanced certifications in business analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) are an advantage.
- Experience working in IT services, software development, or consulting environments, preferably with global clients.
- Proficiency with requirements management and documentation tools, and familiarity with Agile or other modern project methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
