- Manage the Risk Containment Unit (RCU) of the housing division, overseeing the risk management activities related to housing loans
- Develop and implement strategies to manage risk associated with housing loans while maintaining the quality of the loan portfolio
- Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that the RCU operates effectively and efficiently
- Provide regular reports on the performance of the RCU to management
- Develop and maintain relationships with real estate agents, brokers, and other housing professionals to stay informed about the housing market
- Solid communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with senior management and other departments
