**Role Description:<

The Manager, Bottling is a full-time, on-site role based at the Brij Honey facility in Bharatpur. This role oversees daily bottling operations, including scheduling production runs, monitoring filling, capping, labeling, and packaging lines, and ensuring adherence to hygiene, food safety, and quality standards for exports as well as domestic customers.

The Bottling

Manager coordinates with quality control and warehouse teams to manage raw materials, packaging inventory, and finished goods dispatch, while minimizing wastage and downtime. This position is responsible for developing team of supervisors, training staff bottling staff, maintaining equipment,



implementing standard operating procedures, and supporting traceability and documentation requirements. The Manager also contributes to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, product consistency, and compliance with regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

- Experience in viscous food stuff bottling, packaging operations, or production management, preferably within food processing environments.
- Knowledge of quality assurance practices, food safety standards such as FSSAI or equivalent, USFDA , FSSC , Certified Organic food handling and HACCP or GMP principles.
- Skills in team supervision, workforce planning, and training, with the ability to manage shift-based staff and promote a safe, inclusive work culture.
- Competence in equipment operation and basic maintenance for bottling, labeling, and packaging lines, with troubleshooting abilities for routine issues.
- Ability to maintain accurate production records, inventory logs, and traceability documentation, using Ai tools.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities to meet production targets while upholding product purity and consistency.
- Degree in Food Technology or vast experience in related field is preferred; relevant experience in Honey imdustry will be an added advantage.
- Willingness to work on-site in Bharatpur and collaborate closely with operations, quality, and logistics teams.**
