Da’Villas is a fast-growing startup creating premium villa stays, curated getaways, retreats, and unique travel experiences across India.

We are looking for a confident, energetic, and target-driven Booking & Revenue Executive – Luxury Travel to join our growing team. This role combines customer handling, sales, booking conversion, follow-ups, and revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls from potential customers.

Respond to leads received through calls, WhatsApp, social media, and other channels.

Understand customer requirements, travel preferences, budget, and occasion.

Recommend suitable luxury villas, premium stays, retreats, and curated travel experiences.

Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly booking and revenue targets.

Follow up with prospective customers and maintain an active sales pipeline.

Handle objections and negotiate effectively to close bookings.

Upsell premium stays, upgrades, experiences, and additional services.

Maintain accurate lead, customer, and booking information in the CRM.





Coordinate with the operations team after booking confirmation.

Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat bookings and referrals.

Requirements

0–3 years of experience in Sales, Tele-Sales, Inside Sales, Travel, Hospitality, Reservations, or Customer Relationship Management.

Experience in Travel & Hospitality will be an added advantage.

Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong sales mindset are welcome.

Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills.

Solid follow-up, objection-handling, and closing abilities.

Target-oriented and comfortable working with booking and revenue goals.

Passion for luxury travel, hospitality, and premium experiences.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
