Roles and Responsibilities :

- Prepare accurate and timely BOQs (Bill of Quantities) for construction projects.

- Analyze contractor billing and prepare RA bills, ensuring compliance with project requirements.

- Develop bar bending schedules to ensure precise measurement of materials used on site.

- Conduct rate analysis to optimize costs and improve profitability.

Job Requirements :

- 2-4 years of experience in civil engineering or a related field.

- Proficiency in preparing BOQs, contractor billing, and RA bills.

- Solid understanding of rate analysis and bar bending schedule creation.
