Role Overview The BI Analytics Executive will be responsible for supporting business reporting, analytics, process documentation, and management reporting. The role will work closely with various business functions to develop and maintain SOPs, prepare analytical reports and dashboards, support BRM (Business Review Meeting) presentations, and manage administrative activities related to business analytics and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Business performance - Tracks revenue, EBITDA, margins, sales pipeline, productivity, customer metrics etc

.MIS / dashboards - Creates the CEO dashboard and periodic performance reports

Business reviews- Prepares material for monthly/quarterly business reviews

Analysis & insights- Explains why numbers are moving, not just what the numbers are

Strategic initiatives- Tracks important CEO-led strategic projects

Cross-functional coordination - Brings inputs from Sales, Finance, HR, Operations, Marketing etc. into one view

Planning & budgeting - Supports annual operating plans, forecasts and business plans

Decision support - Builds scenarios, business cases and recommendations for CEO decisions

Market intelligence - Tracks competitors, market trends, customer movements and opportunities





Board support - Helps prepare Board/Investor presentations and key business narratives

Action tracking - Tracks decisions taken by CEO and ensures owners/deadlines are followed

Special projects - Handles confidential projects such as acquisitions, restructuring, new businesses, partnerships etc.

Key Skills & Competencies

- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of BI tools such as Power BI will be preferred.
- Good understanding of data analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation.
- Strong documentation and presentation skills.
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage both analytical and administrative responsibilities effectively.

Education & Experience

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Management, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
- xxxx years of relevant experience in Business Intelligence, MIS, Analytics, Reporting, or Business Operations.
