Job Summary The Beauty &

- Wellness Trainer will be responsible for delivering theoretical and practical training in beauty, personal grooming, wellness, and salon-related skills. The trainer will ensure that students develop the technical knowledge, practical competency, professional behaviour, and industry-ready skills required to pursue careers in the beauty and wellness sector.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct engaging theoretical and practical classes on beauty and wellness topics.

- Provide hands-on training in skincare, hair care, makeup, grooming, and basic salon procedures.

- Demonstrate professional beauty techniques and ensure students practise them correctly.

- Train students in hygiene, sanitation, safety, and workplace standards.

- Explain the proper use, handling, and maintenance of beauty tools and equipment.

- Develop lesson plans, practical activities, assignments, and assessment materials.

- Evaluate students through practical demonstrations, written tests, and skill assessments.

- Maintain student attendance, performance records, and training-related documentation.

- Provide individual guidance and feedback to students to improve their skills.

- Keep students updated with current beauty, wellness, grooming, and salon industry trends.

- Promote qualified ethics, communication skills, customer service, and workplace discipline.

- Ensure proper maintenance and safe use of training equipment and materials.

- Support institutional events, workshops, seminars, demonstrations, and placement activities.

Educational Qualification

- Diploma / Certificate / Degree in Beauty &
- Wellness, Cosmetology, Beauty Therapy, Hair &
- Beauty, or a related field.

- Relevant industry certifications will be an added advantage.

Experience

- Prior teaching/training experience in Beauty &
- Wellness, Cosmetology, or Salon Management is preferred.

- Relevant industry experience in a reputed salon, beauty clinic, spa, wellness centre, or training institute will be an advantage.

Required Skills

- Strong practical knowledge of beauty and wellness techniques.

- Good communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to conduct effective practical demonstrations.

- Student-friendly and skilled approach.

- Good interpersonal and classroom-management skills.

- Knowledge of health, hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards.

- Ability to prepare training materials and assess student performance.

- Completion of training curriculum within the prescribed schedule.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
