Role Description The Beauty Consultant role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. In this role, the consultant engages directly with customers to understand their needs, recommend suitable Kimirica products, and provide personalized beauty and skincare guidance aligned with the brand’s self-care values. Day-to-day responsibilities include demonstrating products, explaining key benefits and ingredients, maintaining product displays, and supporting retail sales targets.

The consultant ensures a premium in-store experience by delivering attentive customer service,



handling inquiries, and assisting with product selection. Additional tasks involve staying updated on new launches, participating in promotional activities, and collaborating with the store team to maintain a clean, well-organized, and engaging retail environment.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in cosmetology and skin care to provide informed, personalized beauty recommendations.
- Solid product knowledge, with the ability to explain features, ingredients, and benefits of luxury, vegan self-care products.
- Customer service skills focused on creating welcoming, inclusive, and respectful experiences for all guests.
- Retail sales abilities, including consultative selling, upselling, and meeting store sales objectives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships.
- Passion for beauty, wellness, and ethical, sustainable products; prior experience in beauty retail or luxury hospitality is an advantage.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, stand for extended periods, and collaborate effectively in a team-based store environment.
- Relevant certification or training in beauty, cosmetology, or skin care is preferred but not mandatory.
