- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, shakes, mocktails, and other beverages as per standard recipes.
- Operate espresso machines, coffee grinders, and other caf equipment safely and efficiently.
- Take customer orders accurately and recommend menu items when required.
- Ensure beverages are prepared with consistency, quality, and presentation standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee station, equipment, and dining area.
- Refill ingredients and monitor stock levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines at all times.
- Handle billing and cash/POS transactions, if required.
- Assist with opening and closing caf operations.
- Work closely with the kitchen and service team to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally.
Preferred candidate profile
- Qualification:
10th Pass / 12th Pass / Graduate.
- Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Prior experience as a Barista, Caf Associate, Steward, Waiter/Waitress, or in the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and espresso machines is an added advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude with a customer-first approach.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Well-groomed and presentable personality.
