Position Summary

We are looking for a passionate, knowledgeable, and result-oriented Banking & Finance Executive to support and deliver activities related to banking, financial services, customer engagement, and financial products. The selected candidate will be responsible for handling banking and finance-related operations, supporting customer and institutional requirements, explaining financial products and services, and contributing to the organization's financial education and BFSI initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day activities related to Banking, Finance, and BFSI services.
- Assist customers and students in understanding banking products, financial services, and basic investment concepts.
- Explain products such as Savings Accounts, Current Accounts, Loans, Credit Cards, Insurance, Mutual Funds, and other financial products.
- Support customer onboarding, documentation, KYC verification, and account-related processes.
- Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, financial institutions, and other BFSI partners.
- Assist in lead generation, customer follow-ups, and relationship management for banking and financial products.
- Maintain accurate records of customer information, applications, documents, and transaction-related data.




- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely processing of customer and institutional requirements.
- Support financial literacy programs, banking awareness sessions, workshops, and institutional activities.
- Conduct basic research on banking products, financial services, industry developments, and market trends.
- Assist in preparing presentations, reports, MIS, and other banking and finance-related documentation.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing customers and provide appropriate information regarding financial products.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with applicable banking and financial service processes.
- Handle customer queries professionally and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.
- Develop and maintain robust relationships with customers, institutions, banking partners, and other stakeholders.
- Stay updated with developments in Banking, NBFCs, Fintech, Digital Banking, Payments, and Financial Services.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Finance, Commerce, Banking, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Strong understanding of banking and financial services.
- Knowledge of Banking Products, Loans, Insurance,



Mutual Funds, Investments, KYC, Digital Payments, and Financial Services.
- Basic understanding of RBI guidelines, banking processes, and financial regulations will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain financial products and concepts in a simple and customer-friendly manner.
- Positive customer relationship and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other digital tools.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Good negotiation, follow-up, and relationship management abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with internal and external teams.
- Passion for the Banking, BFSI, Fintech, and Financial Services sector.

Experience

1–3 Years of Experience in Banking, BFSI, NBFC, Financial Services, Relationship Management, Customer Service, Fintech, or a related field.

Freshers with a strong academic background in Banking/Finance, excellent communication skills, good knowledge of financial products, and a genuine interest in the BFSI sector are also encouraged to apply.

Salary Range

- Freshers: ₹14,000 – ₹20,000 per month, depending on skills, qualifications, and interview performance.
- Experienced Candidates (1–3 Years): ₹22,000 – ₹26,000 per month, depending on relevant experience, skills, and overall suitability for the role.
