Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Backend Developer role based in Hyderabad. The Backend Developer will be responsible for developing and maintaining server-side applications that power ERP systems. The role involves designing and implementing robust backend solutions using ASP.NET Core Web API, C#, and SQL Server, ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability.

The position also involves working with Entity Framework, LINQ, MongoDB, JWT Authentication & Authorization, and database optimization techniques. The Backend Developer will collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment and contribute to building secure, scalable, and high-performance backend systems.





Qualifications

- 3+ years of experience in Backend Development.
- Strong proficiency in ASP.NET Core Web API, C#, and SQL Server.
- Experience in developing and maintaining RESTful APIs.
- Experience with SQL Server database schemas, stored procedures, and queries.
- Knowledge of Entity Framework and LINQ for effective data access and manipulation.
- Experience with JWT-based authentication and authorization.
- Experience working with MongoDB for flexible and semi-structured data.
- Understanding of REST APIs, Microservices basics, and performance optimization.
- Experience with query optimization and indexing strategies.
- Familiarity with SSMS and Git.
- Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Solid problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
- Ability to develop secure, scalable, and maintainable backend solutions.
- Experience working on ERP or enterprise-level applications is an advantage.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
