- Gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements.
- Understand customer pain points and translate them into scalable product features.
- Conduct gap analysis and recommend product enhancements.
- Define business workflows, use cases, and process improvements.

Product

Ownership • Own and manage the product backlog.
- Define and prioritize Epics, Features, and User Stories.
- Create detailed acceptance criteria and ensure development teams clearly understand requirements.
- Work closely with engineering teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Ensure product deliverables align with business goals and customer expectations. AdTech Domain Expertise • Understand and document requirements related to:



o Retail Media Platforms o Commerce Media Networks o Programmatic Advertising o Real-Time Bidding (RTB) o Supply Side Platforms (SSP) o Demand Side Platforms (DSP) o Ad Exchanges o OpenRTB Integrations o Header Bidding Solutions o Prebid Server and Prebid Adapters o Audience Targeting o Campaign Management o Ad Serving and Monetization o Reporting and Analytics Technical & Integration Responsibilities • Work with architects and engineering teams to define technical requirements.
- Support integrations with DSPs, SSPs, Ad Exchanges, and third-party advertising platforms.
- Understand API specifications and integration workflows.
- Participate in solution design discussions and technical reviews.
- Review API documentation and data flow diagrams.
- Assist QA teams in defining test scenarios and validating business requirements.

Agile

Delivery • Act as the bridge between business and engineering teams.
- Facilitate requirement workshops and stakeholder discussions.
- Manage and maintain requirements in Jira.
- Track feature progress and ensure timely delivery.

Stakeholder

Management • Communicate effectively with product managers, engineers, architects, and business stakeholders.
- Present product updates and roadmap discussions.
- Resolve requirement ambiguities and conflicting priorities.
- Drive consensus across cross-functional teams.
