? About the RoleWe’re looking for an experienced B2B Digital Marketing professional with proven experience in international digital marketing, particularly across the UK and US markets.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in B2B lead generation, paid advertising, social media marketing, SEO, analytics, marketing campaigns and performance optimization.

You will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies that generate qualified B2B leads, improve brand visibility and drive measurable business growth across international markets.

? Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute B2B digital marketing strategies for UK & US markets
- Plan, launch and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns
- Generate qualified B2B leads through paid and organic digital channels
- Manage and optimize company social media platforms
- Develop content and digital campaigns aligned with B2B audiences
- Conduct keyword research and implement basic SEO strategies
- Monitor website traffic, conversions and campaign performance
- Track and analyze ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPL, conversion rates and other KPIs
- Use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager for performance tracking
- Manage CRM and digital lead-generation funnels
- Conduct competitor and market research for international markets
- Prepare monthly digital marketing performance reports




- Identify new opportunities to improve lead quality, campaign performance and ROI
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop marketing creatives and campaigns

✔️ Strong understanding of lead generation and performance marketing

✔️ Experience analyzing campaign data and optimizing marketing performance

✔️ Good understanding of SEO, Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager

✔️ Strong knowledge of social media marketing and digital campaigns

✔️ Data-driven and target-oriented approach

✔️ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

✔️ Comfortable working in UK & US time zones / night shifts

✔️ Bachelor’s degree preferred
