We are seeking a diligent AutoCAD intern to support our operations team with drafting and documentation for luxury villas, estates, and high-end residential developments. The role offers hands-on exposure to preparing and updating technical drawings, supporting design and site teams, and maintaining accurate, up-to-date documentation across ongoing projects. You will work closely with designers, project managers, and site teams to ensure drawings are accurate, well-organized, and aligned with project requirements.

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

- Drafting & documentation
- Prepare and update layout plans, elevations, and detailed drawings in AutoCAD as directed by senior team members
- Support preparation of GFC (positive for construction) drawings and coordination drawings
- Maintain organized drawing records, revisions, and version control for ongoing projects
- Coordination & support
- Coordinate with design, project management,



and site teams to incorporate revisions and updates into drawings
- Assist in translating site measurements and instructions into accurate technical drawings
- Support the central operations team with day-to-day drafting requirements across multiple projects
- Quality & accuracy
- Ensure drawings are accurate, to scale, and consistent with design intent and site conditions
- Review and cross-check drawings for errors before submission
