- Experience: 5+ years of experience in pre-sales for Audio-Visual (AV) solutions for large offices, campuses, or enterprise environments in India

- Ideally for enterprise customers, MNCs, or Fortune 500 companies such as Adobe, Amex

- Education: BE/Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, or related fields

/n

- Software: MS Excel (Advanced – Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP), PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, CRM Tools, AutoCAD/MS Visio/Bluebeam (preferred)

- Certifications (preferred but not mandatory): AV certifications such as CTS (AVIXA), Crestron, Extron, Biamp, or similar OEM training/certifications

- Job Type: Full-time, Work from office/customer site

- Work Week: 6 days (Mon-Sat)

- Timings: India shift (9.30AM-6.30PM)

- Travel: Occasional travel will be required to customer site/office for design QC, customer meetings and workshops (15-20%)

/n /n Responsibilities: /n ● Customer Engagement and Solution Design: /n ○ Act as a trusted AV advisor to customers, understanding their business needs /n and AV requirements. /n ○ Design and propose AV solutions (including video conferencing, /n projection/display, control systems, speakers, microphones, DSPs, etc.) /n tailored to customer environments /n ○ Deliver technical presentations and live demonstrations of AV setups /n ○ Confidently attend virtual and in-person meetings with domestic and /n international clients /n ● Requirements Gathering and BOQ Preparation: /n ○ Gather AV-related requirements from clients for boardrooms, training rooms, /n huddle spaces, NOCs, and large venues /n ○ Translate technical needs into AV designs and create accurate BOQs /n ○ Prepare accurate and comprehensive Bills of Quantities (BOQs) based on /n project requirements. /n ○ Should be capable of generating BOQs from PDFs, AV drawings,



or customer /n briefs /n ● Technical Expertise and Product Knowledge: /n ○ Robust knowledge of AV systems including video conferencing, control /n systems, signal routing, displays, speakers, mics, amplifiers, and /n integration. /n ○ Familiarity with OEMs like Crestron, Extron, Biamp, Cisco, Logitech, Shure, /n Poly, and others /n ○ Stay updated with AV industry trends and best practices /n ○ Must be technically very sound and know industry best practices and standards. /n ○ Provide technical support to the sales team during the entire sales cycle /n ● Sales Support and Collaboration: /n ○ Work with the sales team to strategize, plan, and win AV projects /n ○ Assist in preparing responses to RFPs, technical proposals, and client /n presentations /n ○ Collaborate with OEMs and system integrators to build winning solutions /n ● Certifications and Training: /n ○ Maintain relevant AV certifications and attend OEM training Should have valid /n OEM certifications. /n ○ Continuously upgrade knowledge through training and development /n programs /n ● Documentation and Design: /n ○ Create comprehensive documentation including AV schematics, layouts, and solution /n architecture /n ○ Proficiency in AutoCAD or Visio for AV design is preferred /n ● Travel and Customer Interaction: /n ○ Willing to travel at short notice to customer locations for meetings, site surveys, or /n workshops○ Interface with architects, consultants, PMCs, and end clients /n ○ Attend industry trade shows, AV events, and conferences /n Qualifications: /n ● Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills /n ● Strong written and verbal English communication skills /n ● High attention to detail and technical accuracy /n ● Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams /n ● Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset /n ● Capable of handling fast-paced environments and tight deadlines
