Liaising with the project coordinators regarding site construction activities.

Vendor management

Introducing / engaging various subcontractors.

Also, monitoring sub-contractors to ensure quality guidelines are maintained and sufficient manpower availability to achieve daily work progress at site.

Team Management

He has to keep employees motivated, resolve any conflicts at site.

Project Handover

All the structures are handed over as per the tolerance sheet submitted and documentation for the same is maintained on regular basis.

All the works to be completed as per the contract
