Responsibilities

- a) Strictly Observe EHS Procedures and Policies by experienced EHS Team, from JLL Asset Management Team on a full time basis for all sites at Hyderabad, India
- b) JLL to ensure they have appropriate regulatory safety and health programs.

- c) JLL Asset management team performing work on-site must submit a risk assessment encompassing risks and mitigations associated on their contracted scope. Risk assessments shall be submitted prior to arrival on-site as part of the MOP approval process.

- d) JLL shall Comply with all applicable regulatory requirements and with Microsoft site requirements per Safety Management Plans SMPs.

- e) JLL asset management team will also observe and adhere to all EHS procedures established by MSFT. In cases where the two policies differ, Microsoft procedures will be the acceptable standard.

- f) JLL asset management team will provide all routine EHS compliance equipment required to perform their work, including but not limited to hard hats, safety glasses, safety-toed shoes, protective clothing, gloves, ventilators and respirators, traction devices, hearing protection, personal fall arrest system, locks and tags and other relevant and applicable equipment (Charges will be extra based on the requirements)

- g) Conduct safety tours, self-assessments and audits. Make reports related to these activities and audit findings available to Microsoft to review. (Monthly)

- h) Participate on safety committees and attend all safety meetings as per frequencies and practices.

- i) Participate in Microsoft s GOAL behavior-based safety observation program with a participation rate no less than indicated by Microsoft. The participation rate can fluctuate by region and is subject to Microsoft s goals and objectives.

- j) Escorting Microsoft 3rd party providers for access to areas controlled by JLL.

Liaise with Microsoft EHS teams regularly for clarity of roles and responsibilities.

- l) Incident Reporting and Investigation: a) Participate in investigations of violations and prepare corrective action plans when requested, b) Participate in the investigation of incidents in a manner that is thorough and identifies the root cause and produce incident report document. c) Implement of corrective actions where necessary and make certain corrective actions are completed. d) Report all incidents immediately to Microsoft representatives on-site. Incidents include near misses, first aid, recordable injuries, or any other event that occurs in the work environment. e) Support site EHS plans to address all EHS laws and regulations of the jurisdiction where the facility is located. The plan should also identify the business activity; the legal requirement associated with that activity and the management program and/or strategy to comply.

- m) EHS Audit/Assessment (Half-Yearly): a) Maintain detailed records of safety induction training and Toolbox talk daily reports for all employees and workers at the site. These records should include the date, names of attendees, topics covered, and signatures of participants to confirm understanding and compliance. b) Documentation must be updated periodically in line with company policy and egal requirements.

- n) Documentation, Reports, and MIS: a) Prepare weekly, and monthly reports covering site conditions, activities performed, observations, issues pending,



risk points, contractor deployment, and status of corrective actions. b) Maintain Induction Register, Toolbox Talk records, Training Record, HIRA, JSA Etc. c) Submit management updates, compliance notes, and status presentations in the required format. MIS and project reporting are commonly expected in comparable Assistant Manager (EHS) roles.

- o) Training and Awareness: a) Imparting training and toolbox talk to site workers, housekeeping personnel, pest control staff, and contractors on safe work practices, housekeeping standards, snake awareness, emergency reporting, and field discipline. b) Conduct induction for newly deployed workers regarding site hazards, restricted areas, emergency contacts, and reporting protocol. c) Assist in mock drills, emergency preparedness sessions, and awareness campaigns related to monsoon risk, fire prevention, wildlife encounter response, and safe chemical handling.

- p) Key Performance Indicators: a) Timely Submission of Report with proper analysis, status assessment & benchmarking b) Timely completion of tasks as per schedules. c) Reduction in site risks such as waste accumulation, water stagnation, overgrowth, and unauthorized activities. d) Timely closure of inspection observations and EHS related issues. e) Quality and timeliness of reports, records, and visual documentation. f) Effectiveness of contractor supervision and emergency response readiness.

- q) Compliance with safety, quality, and internal protocols
