The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining the front-end and back-end of navex.com, ensuring a fast, scalable, and modern web experience. You will be responsible for delivering a fast, scalable, accessible, and modern web experience for both website visitors and internal content editors. You will work closely with developers, designers, content teams, and other stakeholders to deliver new functionality, improve our existing platform, and maintain high standards for performance, SEO, code quality, and reliability.

The ideal candidate will have experience in headless architecture, API development, and both front-end and back-end technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Typescript, React, and Node.js. Proficiency in Git workflows is required, and experience with Sanity CMS, Hugo or similar headless CMS platforms is a plus.

Rewards for Results. We provide clear, competitive compensation designed to recognize measurable outcomes and real impact. What you’ll do: Develop and maintain the front-end and back-end of navex.com, ensuring a seamless user experience both for site editors and visitors

Develop and maintain our Sanity CMS implementation, including content schemas, content models, GROQ queries, Studio configuration and editor experiences

Develop and maintain our Hugo implementation, including templates, components, layouts and integrations with our headless CMS

Build modern, responsive and accessible user experiences using HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript and React where appropriate

Develop and maintain integrations between Sanity, third-party platforms and other services using APIs and webhooks

Maintain and improve our Netlify deployment and build processes, including build configuration, preview deployments, environment configuration, redirects and troubleshooting

Write and maintain clean, reusable code across the stack, adhering to industry standards

Help to maintain documentation for all development activities

Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development standards, testing practices and overall code quality.

Collaborate with team members to estimate project efforts, identify bottlenecks, and propose scalable solutions

Perform regular code reviews with other members of the development team

Work closely with the content and design teams to ensure consistent, modern, and accurate content presentation

Develop and maintain Sanity CMS editor to allow content editors to manage the site content

Ensure website is optimized for performance and SEO





Troubleshoot and resolve cross-functional issues across the stack

Establish, with the help of the team, best practices for code quality and testing

Support the development and maintenance of a large-scale multilingual we What you’ll bring: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

5+ years of experience in Full-Stack Development

Experience with headless architecture and a headless editor

Experience with Hugo or another static site generator

Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and GitHub

Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB)

Experience with headless architecture and API development

Experience developing and consuming REST and/or GraphQL APIs

Experience with git and continuous integration workflow

Experience with Sanity CMS or similar headless platforms is a plus

Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Netlify)

Strong debugging and problem-solving skills across the web stack

Ability to work independently, take ownership of technical problems and collaborate effectively as part of a distributed team

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams
