We are looking for an Associate Transaction Manager, Transaction Management, APAC

Location: Gurugram

What this job involves

- Coordinating transactions across the APAC region.

- You will be expected to deliver Transaction Management (TM) services to some of the world's largest companies. Managing a portfolio across Asia, this position calls for a highly energetic individual with excellent communication, portfolio management and client relationship management skills.

- Comfortable in working towards achieving performance targets, you will be responsible for delivering a range of possible real estate and workplace solutions to a client looking for the next generation advantages that come from a vested partnership with JLL.

- As an Associate Transaction Manager (ATM), you will be responsible for independently performing analytical work, coordinating medium-level transactions, and supporting Transaction Managers in the execution of medium-complex deals. You will be expected to prepare client reports, deliver portfolio analysis, and provide financial assessments.

- This role requires strong communication with internal and external stakeholders, including brokers, legal, and finance, while also supporting pitching projects, documentation, and service agreements. You will play an integral role in ensuring timely delivery of client objectives and compliance with JLL standards.

- Commercial Acumen: Independently perform analytical work, including portfolio/client reports and market studies.

- Independently coordinate medium transactions and support Transaction Managers on medium-complex deals.

- Conduct detailed financial analysis (NPV, Cash Flow, P&L;) and interpret results for client reports.

- Prepare service agreements and support legal teams with documentation.

- Communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (finance, legal, brokers).

- Support pitching projects, proposal preparation, and negotiation material development.





- Summarize regional market conditions and provide insights across multiple countries.

- Follow up invoices and intercompany fee share processes for overseas projects.

- Relationship Management: You will build strong and sustainable working relationships and help the client navigate through the JLL delivery platform in an efficient and productive manner.

- Commercial Acumen: You will understand account profitability, formulate an account plan to achieve revenue and performance targets whilst meeting client service standards. Armed with a sharp business acumen, you will leverage technology and new products within JLL to deliver the next generation of benefits for our client.

- Operating a Global Account: Can you see the bigger picture? Can you juggle regional delivery that aligns to a global strategy? As the TM lead for Asia on a Global Account, you are proactive in bringing Asia into the forefront, highlighting successes or potential issues whilst providing tangible solutions for the client.

- Can you communicate clearly and guide the client and your team in the best way forward for best-in-class processes and portfolio strategies at an account level.

- Great Communicator: Can you get your ideas across clearly both verbally and in writing? You'll be working with many diverse interest groups so the way you share information and your ability to persuasively convey information is highly important.

- A high EQ is a must for this role. You will have exceptional client management,



communication and presentation skills and the ability to absorb and translate broad concepts and ideas into clear and logical communications.

Qualifications

- You should hold a master's degree in real estate, Business, Finance, or a related field.

- A master's degree or professional certification will be an added advantage.

- You will bring 3-5 years of experience in real estate, consulting, or transaction management.

- You should possess strong analytical, financial, and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while supporting senior stakeholders effectively.
