Role Description The Associate Researcher will support client-facing teams by conducting structured research on taxation, regulatory frameworks, corporate structuring, and cross-border compliance across multiple jurisdictions. Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering and analyzing legal, financial, and policy information; preparing clear research summaries, briefs, and internal memos; and assisting in the development of advisory notes, presentations, and knowledge repositories.





The role will involve monitoring regulatory changes in India and key international markets, contributing to thought leadership content, and collaborating with consultants to validate data and ensure accuracy in client deliverables. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Bengaluru, with a mix of in-office collaboration and work-from-home flexibility.

Qualifications

- Robust research and analytical skills, including the ability to interpret regulatory, tax, and corporate compliance information.
- Excellent written communication skills for drafting reports, briefs, and summaries in clear, professional language.
- Ability to synthesize complex information, identify key insights, and support advisory recommendations.
- Proficiency with productivity and research tools (e.g., spreadsheets, document collaboration platforms, online databases).
- Educational background in commerce, law, economics, finance, public policy, or a related discipline.
- Attention to detail, structured work style, and strong organizational skills to manage multiple research tasks and deadlines.
- Interest in taxation, global compliance, corporate structuring, and cross-border regulations; prior internship or experience in these areas is an advantage.
