Technology from product perspective around core payments products of UPI,
- Co-ordination with Internal tech and project delivery teams 4. Regular internal updates on Key projects

Using
Agile implementation tools like Azure DevOps, JIRA, Slack, etc. for managing task deliveries.
- Using API performance tracking platforms like Kibana, etc. and SLA management with partners
- Regular SCRUM standups with internal cross functional teams like IT, Operations, Project Delivery
- Positive understanding and benchmarking of existing and foreseeable trends to improve products
