- Creation and prioritization of the roadmap of the products you own.
- Work with the UI/UX and design to provide a world-class front-end experience. You will be responsible for wireframes, user flow, heatmap analysis, A/B testing, Impact analysis, and competitive analysis.
- Coordinate with multiple teams and management for the closure of requirements, design, and Impact
- Develop a solid understanding of the company's business, industry, customers' pain points, competition strengths and weaknesses, and the broad market
- Provide detailed product requirements, work on Jira and collaborate with marketing, analytics, design, testing, CRM, and engineering teams.
- Monitor teach implementation and ensure delivery of appropriate quality and in line with target dates
- Measure implementation through pre and post-impact on product metrics.
Skills and Experience
- Minimum 3 years experience in product management.
- Ability to write and communicate your thoughts and ideas effortlessly
- Passionate about users who feel the pain of every customer/user. Ability to assign a dollar value to each pain point and prioritize.
- Minimalist in Design and Solution, Iterative in Approach, data-driven in decision making
- Should create prototypes and flow charts/user flow diagrams using tools like Balsamiq and InVision
- Hands-on experience with Analytics tools (GA, Clevertap) or Similar
- Have excellent problem solving and analytical skills
