Sprinto seeks a Delivery Partnerships Manager to scale the Delivery Partnerships program, managing a focused portfolio of security assurance, advisory, and legal partners.

Responsibilities include developing partner portfolios, executing and improving program playbooks, supporting pipeline goals, coordinating cross-functionally, and ensuring partner quality and coverage. Ideal candidates have 4-7 years in partnerships, alliances, or business development with GRC, audit, compliance, or security advisory experience. They should possess a deep understanding of enterprise security and compliance frameworks, operate well in evolving environments, and have experience in GRC, security, or compliance SaaS companies.

The role requires building credibility with partners, managing relationships, and producing customer and commercial outcomes. Key Responsibilities
- Partner Portfolio Development:



Manage a portfolio of delivery partners across security assurance, advisory, and legal verticals.
- Program Architecture: Execute and improve Delivery Partnerships playbooks for onboarding, engagement, and partner enablement.
- Commercial Accountability: Support partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline goals, coordinating with RevOps and sales teams.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate between delivery partners and Sprinto's internal teams, translating partner needs into actionable feedback.
- Partner Quality and Coverage: Track partner coverage and monitor quality indicators, flagging gaps or risks early.

Requirements/Skills/Qualifications

- 4–7 years of experience in partnerships, alliances, customer-facing program management, or business development with GRC, audit, compliance, or security advisory exposure.
- Experience managing a partner portfolio or contributing to a partner program.
- Deep understanding of enterprise security, governance, risk, and compliance frameworks.
- Ability to operate in an evolving setting, improving existing playbooks and creating structure for emerging workstreams.
- Strong signals include a background in a Big 4 or mid-tier audit/advisory firm or experience in GRC, security, or compliance SaaS partnerships.
