About DACS

DACS is a growing consumer electronics and home appliances brand across Televisions, Air Conditioners, Washing Machines and Soundbars .

We are looking for a high-calibre Associate – Fundraising & Corporate Strategy to work directly with the Founder/CEO on fundraising, investor relations and strategic growth initiatives.

Key ResponsibilitiesFundraising & Investor Relations

- Identify and build relationships with VCs, PE funds, family offices and strategic investors .
- Develop investor presentations, financial models and fundraising materials.
- Coordinate investor meetings, follow-ups and due diligence.
- Manage the fundraising pipeline and investor CRM.
- Support valuation, deal structure and term-sheet analysis.

Corporate Strategy
- Support the Founder/CEO on growth strategy and major business decisions.
- Evaluate new categories, markets, partnerships and M&A; opportunities.
- Analyze competitors, market trends and business economics.
- Build business cases and financial models for strategic initiatives.
- Support capital allocation and investment decisions.





Reporting & Analysis
- Analyze revenue, margins, EBITDA, working capital and growth metrics.
- Prepare investor updates, management presentations and strategic reports.

Ideal Candidate
- 2–5 years experience in VC, PE, Investment Banking, Corporate Development, Strategy Consulting or Big 4 Deals.
- Strong financial modelling and Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, presentation and communication skills.
- Understanding of fundraising, valuation and investment processes.
- Experience supporting a successful fundraising transaction is a solid advantage .
- Consumer, retail, electronics or manufacturing experience is a plus.
