Role Description The Associate Director of Public Relations is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, responsible for leading PR strategy and execution for key clients and the agency’s own brand. This role involves developing and implementing integrated PR plans, overseeing media outreach, managing press events, and crafting compelling narratives aligned with client objectives and overall marcom strategies.

The Associate

Director will supervise the creation of press releases and thought leadership content, maintain strong relationships with journalists and media houses,



and monitor coverage to ensure brand consistency and impact. Day-to-day responsibilities include guiding PR teams, collaborating closely with creative, digital, and account management units, managing crises and reputation issues, and presenting PR performance reports and insights to senior leadership and clients.

Qualifications



- Strong Public Relations and Media Relations skills, with proven experience in managing multi-sector PR mandates.
- Expertise in Press Releases and content development for news, features, and thought leadership.
- Advanced Communication and Strategic Communications skills, including message development and narrative framing.
- Ability to integrate PR with branding, advertising, and digital marketing initiatives for cohesive campaigns.
- Demonstrated experience in client servicing, stakeholder management, and crisis communication.
- Experience leading PR teams, mentoring talent, and managing multiple projects and deadlines.
- Solid understanding of the Indian media landscape and familiarity with global media trends.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
- Prior experience in an integrated agency or corporate communications environment at a leadership or senior management level.
- Strong analytical skills for measuring PR outcomes, using media monitoring tools, and reporting on ROI.
