About the Role

Chosenly is looking for a Content Specialist & Marketer to own our content and organic growth engine. You'll work closely with the CEO and cross-functional teams to turn product and company narrative into content that ranks, converts, and builds authority in the AI search space.

We're looking to pay INR 7.20 - 9.60 LPA., other than that the following is also given separately:

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, write, and publish SEO/GEO content: comparison pages, competitor alternative pages, and long-form blogs optimized for both traditional search and AI answer engines.
- Own founder LinkedIn content end-to-end: ideate, write, edit, and publish posts and LinkedIn Pulse articles; grow the network through consistent connection outreach and engagement.
- Drive off-page SEO: guest posts, listicle placements, backlink and link-exchange outreach, and G2/review-site presence, coordinating with external partners and agencies.
- Track and improve content performance using GSC, Ahrefs, and Semrush: indexing, keyword rankings, CRO, and search-intent alignment, and report on what's working.
- Partner with the founder and product team on messaging, positioning, and product-marketing feedback loops.
- Coordinate cross-functionally on events, podcasts, and video/ad content, and help scope marketing automation.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduation in B.Com/B.Tech
- 2–4 years in B2B SaaS content, with a portfolio of published, ranking content.
- Strong writing and editing skills, with experience ghostwriting for a founder or executive on LinkedIn.
- Working knowledge of SEO and emerging GEO/AEO (AI search) practices; comfortable with Ahrefs, Semrush, and Google Search Console.




- Experience running or coordinating link-building, guest posting, or partnership-based content outreach.
- Self-starter who can manage multiple workstreams independently and communicate progress clearly.
- Experience working with Claude and other automation platforms.

Other Information:
- Work timings: The entire team works between 11 AM & 7 PM IST. Apart from that, as long as you're meeting deadlines, you can work whenever you'd like. There may be occasional exceptions when other time zones are involved.
- You will be asked to set realistic deadlines for your work and deliver it then.
