What a typical day looks like:

- Research complex business problems and propose automated solutions to improve operations and processes efficiency.
- In charge of providing technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective, to provide consultation to users related to automated systems
- Research, design and test new systems and system enhancements in line with the deliverables of site business/customer's requirements.
- Resolve required improvements on the systems & supervise its correct implementation to meet site business/customer’s requirements.
- Communicate with users to troubleshoot and resolve day to day system issues to ensure smooth operation.
- Execute Global IT projects.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

- Functional knowledge, education background on Systems or industrial engineer, Computer science, programming, or related careers; or relevant working experience required.
- Typically requires 3- 5 years of related experience.
- Demonstrates advanced knowledge of functional concepts and a solid understanding of Flex policies and procedures.
- Has awareness of the functional impact upon work processes and other functions.
- Knowledge in SQL, team focus, Desirable knowledge in Jira and confluence.z
- Design and implement advanced BI, Data Integration, and AI solutions using:
- Snowflake for cloud data warehousing.
- Informatica for ETL and data integration.
- Tableau and MicroStrategy for dashboards and reporting.




- Qlik Replicate for real-time data replication.
- Kafka for event streaming and data pipelines.
- ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) for log analytics and monitoring.
- Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports ensuring scalability and security.
- Implement AI-driven solutions for predictive analytics and process automation.
- Provide technical support for critical dashboards and reports across Tableau and MicroStrategy.
- Research complex business problems and propose automated, AI-enabled solutions to improve operations and efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues promptly across BI, ETL, and data streaming platforms.
- Collaborate with business units to understand BI and data integration needs.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications for BI and AI solutions.
- Provide technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing cost-effective systems and procedures.
- Research, design, and test current systems and enhancements aligned with business/customer requirements.
- Supervise implementation of required improvements to meet site business/customer needs.
- Communicate with users to troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day system issues for smooth operations.
- Tools & Technologies Data Platforms: Snowflake, Snowflake Cortex , Informatica.

BI Tools: Tableau, MicroStrategy.

Streaming & Replication: Kafka, Qlik Replicate.

Monitoring & Analytics: ELK Stack.

Programming & Automation: Python, Unix Shell scripting.

Job Scheduling: Tivoli Workload Scheduler.

AI/ML: Implementation experience for predictive analytics and automation.
