Educational Qualifications

- BBA and MBA i n Operations or Logistics & Supply Chain Manageme nt
- Ph.D. (mandator y) or equivalent qualification in a relevant field such as Logistics and Supply Chain, in accordance wit h AICTE guidelin es.

Experience Requirements

- Minimum 15+ ye ars of experience in Teaching/Research/Industry
- At lea st 5 years at the level of Profes sor, demonstrating strong leadership in academic or research environments
- Proven track record of leadership, research, and collaborat ion in higher education




- Stro ng industry connecti ons in port, shipping, or logistics sectors.
- Experience in curriculum developm en t, accreditat ion, a nd interdisciplinary program managem ent

Key Responsibilities

- Prov ide academic, administrative, and strategic leader ship for Port and Logistics programs
- Design and deli ver high-quality teaching, learning, and rese arch in port operations, terminal management, and supply chain logistics
- Build and strengt hen industry partners hips to align programs with emerging trends and employability goals.
- Supervise and prom ote research projects and publicat ions aligned with institutional priorities
- Dr ive innovation, digital transformation, and sustainabi lity in maritime logistics education
- Represent the university at national and international academic and industry fo rums.
